Walking
If you are starting from the popular area of Spinola Bay in St. Julian's, head east on Triq Sant'Andrija towards Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Bajja. Turn right onto Triq il-Bajja and follow the road until you reach the waterfront. Once there, you can enjoy the view and then proceed to walk along the promenade towards Sliema. Continue walking until you reach the Tigne Point area. From Tigne Point, head towards the ferry terminal where you can catch a ferry to Valletta. Once in Valletta, you can walk towards Floriana. Head towards the main entrance of the city and follow the road signs to Wignacourt Fountain, which is located at VGR2+HVM in Floriana. If you prefer to walk, you can also take a longer route through the streets of Valletta, enjoying the historic architecture along the way.

Public Transport
From St. Julian's, you can catch a bus to Valletta. Look for the bus stop near the Hilton Malta Hotel on Triq il-Luzzu, where you can take bus numbers 13, 14, or 16. The bus will take you directly to the main bus terminus in Valletta. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminus, exit and head towards the entrance of the city. Follow the signs for Floriana, which is just a short walk away. As you walk through the historic streets, keep an eye out for directional signs leading to Wignacourt Fountain. It is located at VGR2+HVM, just a short distance from the main entrance of Floriana.
