If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the garden and head towards the lift that takes you down to the Valletta waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end of the street. From there, turn left onto South Street and continue walking straight. The Church of Our Lady of Victory will be on your right-hand side after a short walk.
