If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, make your way down the steps leading to the main street. Once you reach the street level, turn left onto Triq Sant' Ursula. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Republic Street (Triq Repubblika). Turn right onto Republic Street and walk straight for about 10 minutes. The Church of Saint Francis of Assisi will be on your left, just past the corner with Triq Il-Kbira.

From the National Museum of Archaeology, exit the museum and head towards the main street, Republic Street. Turn left and walk down Republic Street for about 5 minutes. The Church of Saint Francis of Assisi will be on your left, located before the intersection with Triq Il-Kbira.

Starting from the Lower Barracca Gardens, take the stairs leading up to the main street. Once at street level, walk towards Triq Il-Lvant (East Street) and turn left. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Republic Street. Turn right on Republic Street and walk for approximately 15 minutes. The Church of Saint Francis of Assisi will be on your left-hand side before the intersection with Triq Il-Kbira.
