From Assateague Island National Seashore, head northwest on Assateague Road (MD-611) toward the mainland. Continue on MD-611 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Turn left onto Route 50 East. Follow Route 50 for about 4 miles, then take the ramp onto Coastal Highway (MD-528) south toward Ocean City. Continue on Coastal Highway for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto 1st Street, then follow it to the end where you'll find Ocean City Inlet Beach. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared for potential fees during peak season.
