Getting There

  • Car

    From Assateague Island National Seashore, get on MD-611 N from Assateague Island Road. Continue on MD-611 N for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Merge onto Route 50 East, which will take you towards Ocean City. After about 10 miles, take the exit toward Coastal Highway (MD-528). Continue on Coastal Highway for about 3 miles. Turn left onto 8th Street, then right onto S Atlantic Ave. Continue south on S Atlantic Ave for about 1 mile, and you will arrive at Ocean City Inlet Jetty, located at 809 S Atlantic Ave.

    If you are using public transportation, check for the Shuttle Bus service that operates in the area. Board the Ocean City Beach Bus at any designated stop in Assateague Island National Seashore. The bus will take you along Coastal Highway.
