Car
From Elk Neck State Park, head south on Elk Neck Rd toward MD-272 S. Continue straight to stay on Elk Neck Rd. After approximately 6 miles, turn right onto MD-272 S. Follow MD-272 S for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-40. Turn left onto MD-40 E and continue for about 5 miles. Finally, take the exit toward Havre de Grace and merge onto Revolution St. Continue on Revolution St, then turn right onto Giles St. The Havre De Grace Decoy Museum will be on your left at 215 Giles St.

From Elk Neck State Park, you would need to take a taxi or rideshare to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of MD-272 and MD-40. From there, take the Harford Transit Route 4 towards Havre de Grace.
