From Gaithersburg, head to the Gaithersburg Washington Grove Metro Station on the Red Line. Board a train heading towards Glenmont. After 10 stops, get off at the Metro Center station. Transfer to the Orange, Blue, or Yellow Line towards Largo Town Center, Franconia-Springfield, or Greenbelt. After 3 stops, get off at the Smithsonian station. From there, walk southwest on 12th St NW towards Independence Ave SW. Continue on Independence Ave SW until you reach 14th St SW. Turn left on 14th St SW, and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing will be on your right at 301 14th St SW.
