Ride for about 15 minutes (approximately 10 stops), then get off at the stop for 'Woodley Park-Zoo Metro Station'. From there, walk south on Connecticut Ave NW, then turn left onto N St NW. Continue until you reach Constitution Ave NW, then turn right. The General José Gervasio Artigas Statue will be on your left.

Follow River Rd until it turns into 17th St NW. Continue on 17th St NW until you arrive at Constitution Ave NW. Turn left and the statue will be on your right.
