Getting There

  • Metro

    From Rockville Metro Station, board the Red Line train towards Glenmont. Stay on the train for 14 stops, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. After exiting the train, follow the signs to the 'Green/Yellow Line' transfer. Take the Yellow Line towards Greenbelt. Get off at the next stop, which is the L'Enfant Plaza. From there, transfer to the Blue, Orange or Silver Line and head towards Foggy Bottom-GWU station. Get off at Foggy Bottom-GWU. Exit the station and head east on I Street NW. Turn left onto 15th Street NW, and walk about 5 minutes until you reach 901 15th St NW, McPherson Square.

  • Bus

    From the Rockville Town Center, walk to the Rockville Metro Station and catch the Ride On Bus Route 46 towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes (approximately 15 stops). Get off at the stop at the Montgomery College (Rockville campus) and transfer to the Metrobus Route C4 towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 15th St NW and I St NW. Walk about 5 minutes to your destination at 901 15th St NW, McPherson Square.

  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Rockville, head to the Rockville Metro Station. From there, walk towards Hungerford Drive and take the path towards Montgomery College. Once you are at the college, continue straight until you reach the intersection with 15th St NW. Cross to the other side of the street and walk straight down 15th St NW for about 1.5 miles. You will see McPherson Square on your right at 901 15th St NW, next to a large office building.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services available in Rockville. Start your ride from Rockville Town Center and head south on Rockville Pike (MD 355). Follow the bike lanes along the road, then merge onto the Capital Crescent Trail, which will lead you towards the District of Columbia. Continue until you reach the intersection with 15th St NW. Turn left onto 15th St NW and ride for about 1 mile until you reach 901 15th St NW, McPherson Square.
