If you are already in Seneca Creek State Park, head towards the main park entrance. Exit the park and turn left onto MD-117 W (Clopper Rd). Continue on MD-117 W for about 5.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Sugarland Rd. Turn right onto Sugarland Rd. After approximately 1 mile, the Seneca Creek Greenway Trail will be on your left. Parking is available along the roadside.

If you are relying on public transportation, you will first need to take a bus or train to the nearest major transit hub, such as the Rockville Metro Station. From the Rockville Metro Station, take the Ride On Bus #55 towards Poolesville. Disembark at the stop on Sugarland Rd. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles down Sugarland Rd to reach the Seneca Creek Greenway Trail, which will be on your left. Note that bus fares may apply, typically around $1.00 to $1.50.
