To reach Ford's Theatre at 511 10th St NW, Washington, DC, start by walking to the nearest bus stop. If you're in the main area of Waldorf, head to the bus stop located at the intersection of Crain Hwy and St Charles Pkwy. Board the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus route 301 towards Washington, DC. The journey will take approximately 45-60 minutes. Disembark at the 'L'Enfant Plaza' Metro station. From there, transfer to the Yellow Line Metro towards Greenbelt. Ride for 4 stops and get off at the 'Gallery Place-Chinatown' station. Follow the signs to exit the station and walk 0.5 miles northeast on 7th St NW, then turn left onto F St NW and continue walking until you reach 10th St NW. Turn right, and Ford's Theatre will be on your right.

To get to Ford's Theatre using the Metro, first, make your way to the nearest Metro station in Waldorf (the closest is the Branch Avenue Metro Station). You can take a bus or a rideshare service to get there. Once at Branch Avenue, take the Green Line Metro train towards Gallery Place. The ride will take about 30 minutes. At Gallery Place, transfer to the Red Line towards Glenmont. Ride for one stop and get off at 'Metro Center'. From Metro Center, transfer to the Blue, Orange, or Silver Line towards the respective destinations but make sure to go to the 'Farragut West' station. Exit and walk 0.6 miles northeast to Ford's Theatre, located at 511 10th St NW.
