    From the Maryland State House located at 100 State Circle, head west on State Circle toward Main St. Continue onto Main St, then turn right onto West St. Walk straight until you reach the Circle at the end of West St. Continue onto the light rail tracks, crossing over to East St. Turn left onto East St and follow it until you reach the waterfront. Here, you can catch the Annapolis Water Taxi to Washington, DC. Once you arrive in DC, disembark at the National Gallery of Art stop, then walk towards the National Archives. From there, head north along 7th St NW until you reach F St NW. Turn left onto F St, and Madame Tussauds will be on your right at 1001 F St NW.
