From downtown Annapolis, start at the City Dock. Head northeast on Main Street towards West Street. Turn left onto West Street and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with the US Naval Academy at the end of the street. You can then take a bus (Annapolis Transit Route 99) from the nearest stop at the Naval Academy to the Westfield Annapolis Mall. From there, transfer to a DC Metro bus, or take the MARC train at the nearby station, connecting to Washington, DC. Once in DC, head to the nearest Metro station and take the Yellow or Green Line to Gallery Place-Chinatown station. From there, walk about 0.5 miles to reach the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Court House located at 333 Constitution Ave. NW.
