Once you arrive at the Boston South Station, exit the station and head towards the Silver Line. Take the Silver Line bus towards Logan Airport and get off at the 'South Station' stop. From South Station, you can either walk to 45 Freedom Trl (about 15 minutes) or take the MBTA Red Line from South Station to Park Street. From Park Street, it's a short walk to the Boston Latin School and Benjamin Franklin Statue.
