If you're traveling by car to Lake Wyola State Park, start by navigating to 94 Lakeview Rd, Shutesbury, MA 01072. From Amherst, take MA-116 N toward Shutesbury. Continue on MA-116 N for about 6 miles. Turn right onto Lakeview Rd, and you'll find the park entrance on your left after approximately 1 mile. There is no entry fee for the park, but be sure to check for any parking fees if applicable.

Public Transportation
To reach Lake Wyola State Park via public transportation, first, take the PVTA bus from your location to Amherst. Once in Amherst, transfer to the PVTA Route 40 bus towards Shutesbury. Get off at the Shutesbury Town Hall stop. From there, it's about a 2-mile walk to the park entrance at 94 Lakeview Rd. Make sure to check the PVTA schedule for bus times, as they can vary by day.

If you are already in Shutesbury and have the option to walk, you can head towards Lakeview Rd. Starting from the Shutesbury Town Hall, walk northwest on Leverett Rd for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Lakeview Rd. Continue on Lakeview Rd for about 1.5 miles, and you will reach the park entrance. Ensure to wear comfortable shoes, as the walk can be scenic but is along a road with limited sidewalks.
