If you are starting from the Lowell National Historical Park Visitor Center located at 246 Market Street, exit the building and head south on Market Street. Turn right onto Dutton Street and continue straight. After a few blocks, Dutton Street will become Payton Street. The Antique Mall of Lowell will be on your left at 20 Payton Street.
