Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Lowell National Historical Park Visitor Center, head south on John Street toward Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Merrimack Street. Turn right onto Merrimack Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Jackson Street. Turn left onto Jackson Street, and continue walking straight. Mill No. 5 will be located on your right at 250 Jackson St.

  • Public Transit

    If you are near the Gallagher Terminal, you can take the LRTA bus. Board the bus that heads towards the downtown area and disembark at the Jackson Street stop. From there, walk a short distance south along Jackson Street, and you will find Mill No. 5 at 250 Jackson St on your left.

  • Biking

    If you prefer to bike, start at the Lowell Riverwalk. Follow the Riverwalk path toward the downtown area, and when you reach the intersection with Merrimack Street, turn left. Continue straight until you reach Jackson Street and turn right. Mill No. 5 will be on your left at 250 Jackson St.
