From there, walk along the beach promenade until you reach Playa la Madera. This is about a 15-20 minute walk. As you approach Playa la Madera, you'll find signs and locals can guide you if needed.

You can take a collectivo (shared taxi) from the main square (Plaza Principal) in Zihuatanejo. Look for collectivos heading towards Playa la Madera or ask the driver before boarding. The fare is usually around 10-15 pesos per person. Get off when you reach Ntra. Sra. de los Remedios street, which is very close to the beach entrance.
