Collectivo
From the center of Playa del Carmen, head to the main avenue, Avenida 5. Look for a collectivo (shared minivan) heading towards Tulum. The collectivos are usually parked along Avenida 5, near the intersection with Calle 12. Board the collectivo and inform the driver that you want to go to Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ. The fare is typically around 30 pesos. The driver will drop you off near the entrance of Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ, which is located on the main highway (Carretera Federal, Cancun - Chetumal).

Taxi
If you prefer a more direct and private option, you can take a taxi. Simply hail a taxi from anywhere in Playa del Carmen or ask your hotel to call one for you. Tell the driver you want to go to Jungala Aqua Experience, located at the entrance of the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ parking lot on Carretera Federal, Cancun - Chetumal, km 48. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and the fare will be around 150-250 pesos.

Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, renting a bicycle is a great way to reach Jungala Aqua Experience. Start from the center of Playa del Carmen and head south on Avenida 5 until you reach the end of the city. Continue along the beach road, following the signs towards Tulum. After a few kilometers, you will reach the highway (Carretera Federal). Turn right and ride towards the entrance of Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, so be sure to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen.
