To reach the Mayan Water Complex from central Playa del Carmen, head to the nearest collectivo station, which is located on 5th Avenue and Calle 12. Look for a white van that has 'Cancún' or 'Puerto Morelos' displayed on it. Once you board, inform the driver you are going to 'Mayan Water Complex' or 'Km 50 Chacalal'. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, and the cost is usually around 30-40 pesos. Make sure to pay the driver when you get on. After reaching the drop-off point at Km 50 on the highway, follow the signs to the entrance of the water park, which is a short walk from where you are dropped off.
