Collectivo
To reach the Mayan Water Complex from central Playa del Carmen, head to the nearest collectivo station, which is located on 5th Avenue and Calle 12. Look for a white van that has 'Cancún' or 'Puerto Morelos' displayed on it. Once you board, inform the driver you are going to 'Mayan Water Complex' or 'Km 50 Chacalal'. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, and the cost is usually around 30-40 pesos. Make sure to pay the driver when you get on. After reaching the drop-off point at Km 50 on the highway, follow the signs to the entrance of the water park, which is a short walk from where you are dropped off.

Taxi
You can also take a taxi to the Mayan Water Complex. To find a taxi, go to any main street or hotel in Playa del Carmen, where taxis are usually waiting. Provide the driver with the address: 'Carretera federal Cancún - Playa del Carmen Km 50 Chacalal'. The ride will typically take around 30 minutes and will cost about 300-400 pesos. Ensure you confirm the fare before starting your journey. The taxi will drop you off directly at the entrance of the water park.

Bicycle
If you prefer a more adventurous route, you can rent a bicycle in Playa del Carmen. Head towards the main highway (Carretera federal Cancún - Playa del Carmen). Follow the highway towards the north, riding on the side of the road. Be cautious as this route does not have dedicated bike lanes. The distance is about 12 km, which may take around 45 minutes to an hour depending on your cycling speed. Once you arrive at Km 50, look for the entrance to the Mayan Water Complex on your right.
