From the main square (Plaza de Armas), head south on Calle Libertad. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle Abasolo. Turn left onto Calle Abasolo. Walk for another 3 minutes, and you will see the Lady Death mural at Abasolo 246, on your right-hand side.

If you are further away from the main square, you can catch a local bus heading towards Centro. Board any bus that has 'Centro' on the front. After about 10 minutes, ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to Abasolo. From there, walk to Abasolo 246, which should take around 5-7 minutes.

Consider renting a bike from one of the local rental shops in Downtown Puerto Vallarta. Once you have a bike, head towards the Malecón. Ride along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Calle Abasolo.
