Walking
If you are starting from the Malecon (a popular boardwalk area), walk east towards Paseo Díaz Ordaz. Continue walking along the Malecon until you reach the intersection with Paseo Díaz Ordaz. Turn left onto Paseo Díaz Ordaz. Continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will see La Rotonda del Mar on your right, located in the center of the roundabout.

From the bus terminal in Puerto Vallarta, take a bus heading towards Centro or any bus that has a sign indicating it goes to 'Centro' or 'Malecón'. The bus fare is very affordable. Get off at the stop near the Malecon and walk east towards Paseo Díaz Ordaz. Turn left onto Paseo Díaz Ordaz and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach La Rotonda del Mar on your right.

If you prefer a taxi, simply find a taxi stand or request one through a rideshare app. Provide the driver with the destination address: Paseo Díaz Ordaz s/n, Centro, 48300 Puerto Vallarta, Jal. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off at the roundabout where La Rotonda del Mar is located.
