Getting There

Public Bus
From Tijuana, head to the 'Agua Caliente' bus station. Look for the 'Estrella Blanca' or 'ABC' buses heading towards San Diego. Purchase a ticket to San Diego. The bus will take you across the border. Once you arrive in San Diego, get off at the 'Santa Fe Depot' (or the appropriate downtown stop). From there, transfer to the 'N' bus line towards 'Mission Bay'. Get off at 'Mission Bay Park' stop. The park will be within walking distance from the bus stop.

Trolley
From Tijuana, take a taxi or walk to the San Ysidro Trolley Station. Board the Blue Line Trolley towards 'San Diego' and get off at 'Old Town' station. Transfer to the Green Line Trolley heading towards 'Santee'. Get off at 'Mission Valley Center'. From there, catch a local bus (like the 'N' bus line) heading towards 'Mission Bay'. Get off at the 'Mission Bay Park' stop and walk to the park.
