Public Bus
From Tijuana, head to the 'Agua Caliente' bus station. Look for the 'Estrella Blanca' or 'ABC' buses heading towards San Diego. Purchase a ticket to San Diego. The bus will take you across the border. Once you arrive in San Diego, get off at the 'Santa Fe Depot' (or the appropriate downtown stop). From there, transfer to the 'N' bus line towards 'Mission Bay'. Get off at 'Mission Bay Park' stop. The park will be within walking distance from the bus stop.
