Walking
From Eastern Market, head south on Russell Street towards Mack Avenue. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Mack Avenue and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Gratiot Avenue. Cross the street to the opposite side and continue west on Mack Avenue until you reach the intersection with Woodward Avenue. Turn right onto Woodward Avenue and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will notice the entrance to The BELT on your left, located at The Belt, Detroit, MI 48226.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Eastern Market, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Mack Avenue and Russell Street. Board the Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) bus number 8 (Mack). Ride the bus for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the Woodward Avenue & Gratiot Avenue stop. From there, walk south on Woodward Avenue for about 0.1 miles, and you will find The BELT on your left at The Belt, Detroit, MI 48226. The bus fare is approximately $1.50.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a nearby bike-share program in Eastern Market. Head south on Russell Street towards Mack Avenue. Continue on Mack Avenue until you reach Woodward Avenue, then turn right. The BELT is about 1 mile down on your left at The Belt, Detroit, MI 48226.
