Walking
From the main ferry docks in Mackinac Island, head east along Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Cadotte Avenue. Turn right on Cadotte Avenue and follow this street as it curves. After about 0.5 miles, Cadotte Avenue will lead you to the entrance of Fort Mackinac. Continue past the fort and take the path leading down towards the lake. Follow the lakeshore path, which will lead you along the beautiful waterfront. After approximately 1 mile, you will see Historic Mission Church on your left at 6670 Lake Shore Dr. The church is nestled among trees with a stunning lake view.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the ferry docks. Once you have your bike, head east along Main Street and then turn left onto Market Street. Continue on Market Street until you reach Cadotte Avenue. Turn right and cycle along Cadotte Avenue, which will take you past Fort Mackinac. After passing the fort, follow the lakeshore path. This scenic route will lead you directly to Historic Mission Church, located at 6670 Lake Shore Dr. After about a 1.5-mile ride, look for the church on your left.
