Starting from the main ferry dock on Mackinac Island, head east along Main Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn right onto Market Street and continue for about one block. You will see the Grand Hotel on your left. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of Market Street, where it intersects with Lake Shore Drive. Turn left onto Lake Shore Drive and walk along the waterfront. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles. You will find Historic Mission Church located at 6670 Lake Shore Drive on your left, just past the Mission Point Resort.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the main ferry dock and head east along Main Street. Continue riding straight until you reach the Grand Hotel. From there, follow the path along Lake Shore Drive. The ride will take you about 10-15 minutes. Look for Historic Mission Church at 6670 Lake Shore Drive on your left, shortly after passing Mission Point Resort.
