Start at the Main Street in Mackinac Island, where you will find various shops and eateries. Head east along Main Street until you reach the ferry docks. From there, take a ferry to Mackinaw City. Once you arrive in Mackinaw City, exit the ferry terminal and walk towards the main road, Central Avenue. Continue walking west along Central Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Mackinaw Area Historical Society Heritage Village located at 1425 W Central Ave. Look for the signs along the way to guide you.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle on Mackinac Island, start at the center of the island and cycle towards the ferry docks. Once you reach the docks, park your bicycle and board a ferry to Mackinaw City. After disembarking, hop back on a bicycle and ride west along Central Avenue for about 0.5 miles. The Mackinaw Area Historical Society Heritage Village will be on your left at 1425 W Central Ave. Make sure to keep an eye out for directional signage.
