Turn right onto East Broadway Street and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will then reach the bus stop at the Mount Pleasant Transit Center. From here, catch the Carolina Coastal Transit bus number 40 in the direction of Charleston. Get off at the stop on Meeting Street, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk 2 blocks south on Meeting Street, and you will arrive at The Charleston Museum located at 360 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Mount Pleasant. Start your journey by biking south on Main Street, which turns into Coleman Boulevard. Turn left onto Meeting Street and bike for about 1 mile until you reach The Charleston Museum at 360 Meeting St. There are bike racks available outside the museum for you to secure your bike.
