Getting There

Car
From any location in Lake of the Woods, head south on MN-11. Continue on MN-11 until you reach the junction with US-2. Take US-2 east towards Park Rapids. After about 50 miles, take a left onto MN-71 south towards Park Rapids. Follow MN-71 for approximately 12 miles. Then take a left onto Main Park Drive, which leads directly into Itasca State Park. The park entrance will be on your right. Note that there is a vehicle entrance fee of $7 for a single vehicle.
