Turn left onto 3rd Ave E and continue onto E 4th St. Merge onto I-35 N via the ramp to Virginia. Continue on I-35 N for about 4 miles. Take exit 256 for MN-194 E toward Duluth/Lake Ave. Merge onto MN-194 E, and follow the signs for Lake Ave. Take the exit toward Lake Ave and turn right onto Lake Ave. Continue straight onto Congdon Blvd. After about 3 miles, Brighton Beach Park will be on your left at 9101 Congdon Blvd, Duluth, MN 55804. There is no entrance fee for the park.
