Ard Godfrey House is located at 28 University Ave SE, about a 5-minute walk from the intersection. You'll see the house on your left.

From any location in Downtown Minneapolis, find the nearest Metro Transit bus stop. You can catch the Route 16 bus heading towards the University of Minnesota. Board the bus and ride it for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'University Ave SE & 27th Ave SE.' From there, walk a short distance east on University Avenue SE, and you will find Ard Godfrey House at 28 University Ave SE. A one-way fare for the bus is approximately $2.00.
