    From the heart of Northeast Minneapolis, head southwest on Central Avenue NE toward 4th Street NE. Continue on Central Avenue for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Washington Avenue SE. Turn left onto Washington Avenue and walk for about half a mile, passing by the University of Minnesota on your left. When you reach the bridge over the Mississippi River, take in the views, then continue straight onto Vineland Place. The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will be on your left at 725 Vineland Pl.

    Start at your nearest bus stop in Northeast Minneapolis. Take the Metro Transit Route 11 bus heading toward the downtown area. Ride for approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Disembark at the stop at Washington Avenue SE & 3rd Avenue SE. From there, walk west on Washington Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden at 725 Vineland Pl. Note that a single bus fare is $2.00.

    If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the nearby Nice Ride Minnesota stations in Northeast Minneapolis. Head south on Central Avenue NE until you reach the Midtown Greenway bike path, which runs east-west across Minneapolis. Follow the Greenway west until you reach the intersection with Lyndale Avenue. Turn north on Lyndale Avenue and continue until you reach Vineland Place. The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will be on your right at 725 Vineland Pl.
