If you're traveling by car from anywhere in Lake of the Woods, head towards Highway 11 E. Take Highway 11 E out of Lake of the Woods and merge onto MN-53 S. Continue on MN-53 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach the junction with I-35W S. Merge onto I-35W S and continue for about 120 miles. Take exit 15A toward MN-55 W and merge onto MN-55 W. Continue on MN-55 W for about 5 miles, then take the exit toward Theodore Wirth Pkwy. Turn right onto Theodore Wirth Pkwy, and the park entrance will be on your left at 1301 Theodore Wirth Pkwy, Golden Valley, MN 55422.
