If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto US-10 E from your current location in Mississippi River. Continue on US-10 E for approximately 20 miles until you reach the exit for MN-47 N toward Anoka. Merge onto MN-47 N and continue for about 5 miles. Take the exit toward Ramsey and turn left onto County Rd 14, which becomes Roanoke St NW. The park entrance will be on your right at 17955 Roanoke St NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. There is no entrance fee for Rum River Central Regional Park.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from your nearest station to the Anoka Transit Center. From there, transfer to the Route 884 bus heading towards Ramsey. Get off at the stop nearest to Roanoke St NW. From the bus stop, it will be a short walk (about 15 minutes) to Rum River Central Regional Park at 17955 Roanoke St NW. Be sure to check the local schedules as bus times may vary; a one-way fare typically costs around $2.00.
