    From Cathedral Hill, head south on John Ireland Blvd toward the intersection with Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. You will pass the beautiful St. Paul Cathedral and several historic buildings along the way. When you reach the intersection with Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, turn left. The Minnesota State Capitol will be on your left at 75 Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes.

    If you prefer to take public transit, walk to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of Selby Ave and Dale St. Catch the Metro Transit Route 21 bus heading toward downtown St. Paul. After a short ride of about 5 minutes, get off at the stop at 75 Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. From there, the Minnesota State Capitol will be right in front of you. The bus fare is approximately $2.00, and you can pay with cash or a Go-To card.
