Once you reach I-70, merge onto I-70 East and continue to follow it for approximately 100 miles. Take exit 40B for I-64 East toward Louisville. Continue on I-64 East for about 5 miles, then take exit 36B to merge onto I-44 South toward Tulsa. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 40 for Shaw Blvd. Turn left onto Shaw Blvd, and the Missouri Botanical Garden will be on your right at 4344 Shaw Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63110.
