If you're traveling by car from anywhere in Northwest Missouri, head south towards Interstate 70 (I-70). Once you reach I-70, merge onto I-70 East and continue to follow it for approximately 100 miles. Take exit 40B for I-64 East toward Louisville. Continue on I-64 East for about 5 miles, then take exit 36B to merge onto I-44 South toward Tulsa. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 40 for Shaw Blvd. Turn left onto Shaw Blvd, and the Missouri Botanical Garden will be on your right at 4344 Shaw Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63110. Parking is available on-site.
