Car
If you're driving from La Colle, head southwest on Avenue des Combattants towards Avenue de la République. After about 1 km, take the ramp onto A8 towards Nice. Continue for about 10 km and take exit 57 for Monaco. Follow the signs for Monaco and merge onto Route de la Turbie. Continue on this road until you reach the exit for Monaco. Once in Monaco, follow the signs towards the coast, and as you get close to the harbor area, you will see signs for Jetée. Parking may be available nearby, but be aware that there may be parking fees.

To reach Jetée by public transport, start by walking to the nearest bus stop in La Colle. Take the bus line 100 towards Nice. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Monaco - Monte Carlo' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk down to Jetée. Head towards the harbor, following the signs for the Port Hercule area. You will see the waterfront and Jetée ahead. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return times, as services may be limited in the evening.
