Walking
From Larvotto Beach, head northwest along Avenue Princesse Grace towards the Monte Carlo Casino area. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout at Place des Moulins. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard d'Italie, following the signs for Monaco Ville. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the old town, known as Monaco Ville. Ascend the hill through the narrow streets, and follow the signs towards the Palais Princier. Once at the palace, turn left onto Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro. The Monaco Courthouse is located at 5 Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro, which will be on your left.

From Larvotto, walk to the nearest bus stop located along Avenue Princesse Grace. Take Bus Line 1 or 2 towards the Monte Carlo Casino. Alight at the 'Monaco - Monte Carlo' bus stop after about 5 minutes. From there, it's a short walk: head towards Avenue de la Costa, turn right, and then continue on to Boulevard d'Italie. Follow the signs for Monaco Ville, and ascend through the historic streets towards the Palais Princier. Once you reach the palace, turn left onto Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro, and the courthouse will be on your left at 5 Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro.
