Walking
From Moneghetti, make your way to the nearest bus stop, the 'Moneghetti' stop located on Avenue de la République. Once at the bus stop, take bus number 1 towards 'Sanremo'. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Sanremo' stop. From there, you can walk towards Bussana Vecchia, which is about a 20-minute walk. Head east on Via Roma, then turn left onto Via G. D’Annunzio, following the signs to Bussana Vecchia. Continue straight until you reach the charming village.
Walking
If you prefer to walk directly to Bussana Vecchia from Moneghetti, start at the main entrance of the Monte Carlo Country Club. Walk south towards Avenue de la République. Follow this road, which will lead you through the residential areas. Keep walking straight until you reach the coastal road (Via Aurelia). Turn right and follow the road for about 2 km. You will see signs for Bussana Vecchia, which will lead you uphill to the village.
Bicycle
For a more adventurous route, you can rent a bicycle in Moneghetti. Begin by heading to Avenue de la République and following the path towards the coast. Once you reach Via Aurelia, turn right and cycle along the coastal road. After approximately 2 km, look for the signs directing you to Bussana Vecchia. The ride is scenic and will take about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
