Foot
From the center of Herceg Novi, head towards the waterfront promenade (Šetalište Pet Danica). Walk along the promenade until you reach the bus station. From there, you can take a bus to Dubrovnik. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as buses may not run frequently. Once you arrive at the Dubrovnik bus station, take a short walk towards the Old Town (Stari Grad). Follow the signs for Pile Gate, which is the main entrance to the Old Town. After entering through Pile Gate, continue straight until you reach the main street, Stradun. Follow Stradun to the east until you reach Poljana Paska Miličevića, where Onofrio's Large Fountain is located.

From Herceg Novi, go to the local bus station and catch a bus heading to Dubrovnik. The ride usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival at the Dubrovnik bus station, exit the bus and follow the pedestrian signs to the Old Town. Head towards Pile Gate, the entrance to the Old Town. Once you pass through Pile Gate, continue straight along the main street (Stradun) until you reach Poljana Paska Miličevića, where Onofrio's Large Fountain is located.
