The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Kotor Old Town.' Once you arrive, walk through the Old Town and follow the signs towards the Ladder of Kotor trail, which begins at the base of the fortress above Kotor. The trail is well marked, and you will enjoy beautiful views as you ascend.
