Walking
If you are starting from Thamel, head towards the Ratna Park area. From Ratna Park, find the bus stop and take a local bus heading towards Nagarjun. Inform the bus conductor that you want to go to Druk Amitabha Monastery. Get off at the Nagarjun bus stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the monastery. It's a short uphill walk from the bus stop, and you'll see the monastery's entrance.

If you are near Swayambhunath (the Monkey Temple), you can walk to Druk Amitabha Monastery. From Swayambhunath, descend the steps and head northwest. Follow the road until you reach a fork and take the left path. Continue walking uphill for about 20-30 minutes, and you will reach the monastery. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Local Transportation (Microbus)
From the Kathmandu Durbar Square, walk to the nearby microbus station. Look for a microbus heading towards Nagarjun. Confirm with the driver that they will pass by the monastery. Once you arrive at Nagarjun, get off at the designated stop, and then it's a short walk uphill to the monastery.

If you are in Boudhanath, you can take a taxi or a local bus to the nearest bus stop that goes towards Nagarjun. Once you arrive at Nagarjun, walk uphill towards the monastery. The walk is approximately 30 minutes, and you can ask locals for assistance if needed.
