Getting There

Walking
From the Swayambhunath Stupa, head down the main pathway leading away from the stupa. As you walk, you will encounter a series of shops and food stalls. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Swayambhu Cir Rd. Turn left onto Swayambhu Cir Rd and walk approximately 500 meters. Bhagwan Pau will be on your left side, just before you reach the junction with the road leading towards the Kathmandu Valley.

Local Bus
If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local bus from Swayambhunath. Head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road just outside the Swayambhunath area. Look for a bus heading towards the Ratnapark area. The fare is typically around NPR 20-30. Once you get off, walk back towards Swayambhu Cir Rd for about 200 meters. Bhagwan Pau will be on your right.

Taxi (on foot to taxi stand)
To take a taxi, walk to the nearest taxi stand located near the entrance of Swayambhunath. Taxis are readily available here. Inform the driver that you want to go to Bhagwan Pau, located on Swayambhu Cir Rd. The fare should be around NPR 200-300 depending on your bargaining skills and the time of day. Once you arrive, Bhagwan Pau will be just a short walk from the drop-off point.
