Hiking
From Namche Bazaar, start at the main square where most shops and restaurants are located. Take the trail leading northwest out of Namche, which is marked. You will pass by several teahouses and gain elevation quickly. Continue on the path for about 2-3 hours, enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding peaks, including the iconic Mount Everest in the distance. Make sure to take breaks if needed.
