Walking
From Patan Durbar Square, head northwest toward the main road and exit the square. Once on the main road, turn left and walk along the street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the ring road. Cross the road and continue straight; you will see a sign for Paknajol. After about 15 more minutes of walking, you will arrive at Saat Ghumti Marg. The My Everest Trip office is located at number 3, just a few meters down the road on your right.

From Patan, find a local bus at the bus station that heads towards Kathmandu. You will need to ask the driver to let you off at Paknajol. The ride should take about 30 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards Saat Ghumti Marg. You may need to ask locals for directions if you are unsure. The My Everest Trip office is located at number 3 on that street.

You can take a rickshaw directly from your location in Patan to Saat Ghumti Marg 3, Kathmandu. Simply tell the driver 'Saat Ghumti Marg' or show them the address. The journey should take around 20 minutes depending on traffic. The My Everest Trip office will be on your right as you approach number 3 on the street.
