Start your journey at Patan Durbar Square, a central location that is easily accessible. From the square, head south towards the main road, Lagankhel. As you exit Patan Durbar Square, you will see a wide road leading to Lagankhel. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Lagankhel Bus Park. At Lagankhel, take the path that leads to the left side of the bus park, heading towards the 'Patan Hospital' road.

Continue walking along the road towards the Patan Hospital. Once you reach the hospital, keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Swayambhu Road. Here, you will notice signs pointing towards Uma Maheshwor Temple. Follow these signs and take a right at the intersection.
