If you have access to a car, start your journey from the nearest major city, which is Lukla. Drive towards the Everest Base Camp Trekking route. Follow the signs towards Khumjung. Once you reach Khumjung, continue on the Everest Base Camp Trekking Route until you arrive at Tyangboche. Look for signs indicating Tengboche Monastery. The total drive will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on road conditions. Ensure you have a local map or GPS as the roads can be winding and challenging.

Public Transportation (Bus)
Begin your journey by taking a bus from the nearest bus station in Lukla to Khumjung. The bus fare is approximately 300-500 Nepali Rupees. The journey will take about 2-3 hours. Upon arriving in Khumjung, you can either walk or take a local taxi (costing around 200-300 Nepali Rupees) to Tyangboche. Once you reach Tyangboche, follow the path signs to Tengboche Monastery, which is located about a 30-minute walk from the taxi drop-off point.
