Get off at 'Edam-Volendam' station. Once you arrive, you will see signs directing you to Edam. Walk towards the main street (N507) and take a left to head into Edam town.

From Amsterdam Central Station, you can also take bus line 314 towards 'Edam'. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Edam, Markt' stop. From there, walk straight towards the town square, and you will find Spui street where The Story of Edam Cheese is located.

For a more adventurous option, you can rent a bicycle in Amsterdam. Head out towards the north and follow the cycle paths along the IJ River towards Edam. The distance is about 20 kilometers and will take roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes. Follow the signs towards Edam, and once you arrive, head to Spui 9 where The Story of Edam Cheese is located.
