Once you exit the bus, turn right onto Egelantiersdwarsstraat. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Claes Claeszhofje, located at Eerste Egelantiersdwarsstraat 1.

Start at Leiden Central Station and take a train heading to Amsterdam Central Station. The journey takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head towards the tram stop outside. Take tram line 13 or 17 towards 'Sloterdijk'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Amsterdam, Westermarkt'. From here, walk towards the Egelantiersdwarsstraat, which is about a 10-minute walk. Claes Claeszhofje will be on your left at Eerste Egelantiersdwarsstraat 1.
