Walking
If you are near the Leiden Central Station, exit the station and head southwest on Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the first major intersection. Turn right onto Breestraat. Follow Breestraat until you reach the junction with Nieuwe Rijn. At this point, turn left onto Nieuwe Rijn and walk along the canal for approximately 500 meters. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead until you reach the Sint Anna Aalmoeshuis, located at Sint Anna Aalmoeshuis 1-13.

From Leiden Central Station, take bus line 43 towards 'Oegstgeest, Duyvenvoorde'. Get off at the 'Ziekenhuis' stop. From there, walk northeast on Wassenaarseweg, and then turn left onto Sint Anna Aalmoeshuis. The museum will be on your right at Sint Anna Aalmoeshuis 1-13.

If you have access to a bike, you can start from the center of Leiden. Head west on Haarlemmerstraat and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nieuwe Rijn.
